1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Salesvora platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including account owners, team members, and visitors.
2. Description of Service
Salesvora is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides client management, sales pipeline tracking, follow-up scheduling, team collaboration, and business workflow tools. The Service is designed for businesses to organize and manage their existing client relationships and sales processes.
Salesvora is not a data scraping, data harvesting, mass messaging, or automated outreach tool. Users must only store data of individuals with whom they have an existing business relationship or who have provided their information voluntarily.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
4. Subscription and Payments
Salesvora offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. The Pro plan is billed monthly on a subscription basis. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel your subscription.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the current rate until the end of the billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Store or process data obtained through illegal means, scraping, or unauthorized access
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or automated communications to individuals
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service for any purpose that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your client data, notes, or business information.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data you store in the Service. You must ensure you have the necessary consent to store personal information of your clients.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will endeavor to provide advance notice when possible.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salesvora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, logo, and documentation, is owned by Salesvora and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
