Salesvora ("we," "our," or "us") is a cloud-based client management and sales CRM platform operated from India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at salesvora.com or use our software-as-a-service platform (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business name. If you sign in via Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
Client Data: You may store client names, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, and other business-related data within the platform. This data is entered and managed by you, and we act as a data processor on your behalf.
Facebook Lead Data: If you connect your Facebook Page via our Facebook Lead Ads integration, we receive lead information (name, email, phone number, and any other fields included in your Facebook Lead Form) directly from Facebook through their official API. This data is only received when you explicitly authorize the connection and is treated as Client Data under this policy.
Payment Information: Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or bank account details on our servers. Razorpay's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the Service for analytics and performance improvement.
Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
3. Facebook & Meta Platform Data
Salesvora integrates with Facebook ("Meta") to provide the following features:
- Facebook Lead Ads Integration: When you connect your Facebook Page, we receive lead form submissions through the Facebook Marketing API. This includes lead names, email addresses, phone numbers, and any custom fields you have configured in your Facebook Lead Forms.
- WhatsApp Business Messaging: We use AiSensy (an authorized WhatsApp Business Solution Provider) to send and receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf to your leads and clients.
How we use Facebook data:
- Facebook lead data is used solely to populate your CRM with incoming leads so you can follow up and manage your sales pipeline
- We do not sell, license, or share Facebook-sourced data with any third party
- We do not use Facebook data for advertising, data brokering, or profiling purposes unrelated to the Service
- We do not transfer Facebook data to any ad network, data broker, or analytics provider
- Facebook data is stored with the same security standards as all other data in the Service (see Section 5)
You may disconnect your Facebook Page at any time from your account settings, which will stop new lead data from being received. Previously imported leads remain in your CRM until you choose to delete them.
Our use of information received from Facebook APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies, including the Limited Data Use requirements.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To authenticate your account and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing receipts)
- To send follow-up reminders and notifications you have configured
- To import and manage leads from connected Facebook Pages
- To send WhatsApp messages to your leads and clients on your behalf
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- To analyze usage patterns and improve the user experience
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your client data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and follow best practices for data at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Razorpay: payment processing
- Google OAuth: authentication
- Resend: transactional emails
- Meta / Facebook: Facebook Lead Ads integration for receiving leads from your connected Facebook Pages
- AiSensy (WhatsApp BSP): sending and receiving WhatsApp Business messages on your behalf
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We only share the minimum data necessary with each service to provide the functionality you use.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your account settings
- Export your client data via CSV export at any time
- Delete your account directly from your account settings
- Disconnect any connected Facebook Pages to stop receiving lead data
- Request deletion of all Facebook-sourced data (see Section 10)
- Opt out of non-essential communications
8. Data Portability & No Vendor Lock-in
We believe your data belongs to you. You can export all your account data — including leads, notes, follow-ups, and activity history — at any time in standard formats (CSV) directly from the platform. There is no fee, no waiting period, and no restriction on how many times you can export.
We have a strict no vendor lock-in policy. If you decide to leave Salesvora, you can take your complete data with you before closing your account. We will never hold your data hostage or make it difficult to migrate to another platform.
9. Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time from your account settings page. Upon initiating deletion, your account enters a 24-hour grace period during which you can cancel the deletion and restore your account fully.
After 24 hours, your account and all associated data — including leads, notes, follow-ups, call logs, activity history, and any uploaded files — are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. This process is automatic and cannot be reversed once the grace period has elapsed.
We do not retain backup copies of deleted account data beyond this window, except where required by law (e.g., billing records for tax compliance).
10. Facebook Data Deletion
In compliance with Meta Platform policies, you can request deletion of all data that Salesvora received from Facebook (including lead data from Facebook Lead Ads) by following these steps:
- Log in to your Salesvora account at salesvora.com
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click "Delete Account" to initiate a full account deletion, which includes all Facebook-sourced data
Alternatively, you can remove your Facebook connection and delete individual leads that were imported from Facebook at any time from the CRM.
You may also request data deletion by emailing us at support@salesvora.com with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once the data has been permanently removed.

11. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, all personal information and client data is permanently deleted within 24 hours as described in Section 8, except where retention is required by applicable law.
12. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
