About Us
Built for how Indian SMBs actually sell.
Why Salesvora exists
In India, SMBs like clinics, coaching institutes, and agencies run their entire business on WhatsApp. That's where leads come in, where questions get answered, and where deals actually get closed.
The problem is what happens next. A lead messages in, someone replies, and then it disappears into the chat list along with fifty other conversations. No one follows up. No one remembers what stage the deal was at. It just dies.
Every CRM we looked at assumed something that wasn't true for us: an email inbox, a sales team of ten, a budget for enterprise software. None of it fit a business run by two or three people out of a WhatsApp number.
So we built Salesvora the other way around. WhatsApp-first, not email-first. AI agents that qualify leads and follow up automatically, not another dashboard to babysit. And priced for what an SMB actually pays for software, not what a 200-person sales team pays.
The old way vs the Salesvora way
Most CRMs
- Leads buried in a WhatsApp chat thread
- Follow-ups depend on someone remembering
- Built for email inboxes and 50-person sales teams
- Priced per seat, meant for enterprise budgets
Salesvora
- Every enquiry becomes a tracked deal automatically
- AI agents qualify leads and follow up on their own
- Built WhatsApp-first, because that's where your leads already are
- One flat price for the whole team, sized for real SMBs
About the Founder

Sudhanshu is the founder of Salesvora. He built it after watching Indian SMBs, clinics, coaching institutes, and small agencies lose leads inside WhatsApp chats every single day, with no system to track a conversation through to a closed deal.
Salesvora runs on the Meta WhatsApp Business API, with AI agents that qualify leads and follow up automatically, so nothing slips through the cracks. It's the CRM he wished existed: built for business owners who run their entire operation from a phone, not from an enterprise sales floor.
