Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
Salesvora is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for our paid Pro plan.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges and therefore no refund applies. You can use the Free plan indefinitely at no cost.
3. Pro Plan — Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro plan subscription at any time from your account's Billing settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
- Your data is retained and accessible under the Free plan limits
4. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of first payment: If you are unsatisfied with the Pro plan within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. This applies only to the first billing cycle.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period or charged in error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate/erroneous charge.
- Service unavailability: If the Service was substantially unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After the 7-day window has passed for the initial subscription
- For partial months of usage after cancellation (you retain access until the period ends)
- If your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions
- For any free trial or promotional periods

Include your registered email address, the date of the charge, and the reason for your refund request. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Existing subscriptions will be honored under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
